CareAll Pavlov pots are made for daily use. With the exception of earthenware pieces, they can be safely used in microwaves and dishwashers, though care should be taken. Be mindful that putting your pots through rapid and sudden changes in temperature is likely to cause thermal shock damage – for example, avoid moving them straight from the fridge into the microwave or vice versa.
ReturnsReturn requests would be accepted within 7 days of delivery; although bear in mind that I can only provide a refund for the item cost. Any pots that you no longer wish to keep should be posted back adequately packaged and in their original condition. In the case of items arriving damaged please take photos of the parcel contents and contact me as soon as you can.
PostageI aim to dispatch all items the next working day from receiving your order. Once the parcel is on its way, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with tracking information.
