Our gift vouchers, lovingly hand-printed with silver foil, are the perfect way to deliver a memorable present. You can choose a value that the recipient would be able to redeem against any class or product listed on the website. The voucher comes with an insert that can be personalised, though if you wanted us to post it straight to your loved one then please include your greeting message and their name in the order comments. Orders are dispatched every Monday and Wednesday with 1st class mail.
*Note: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (which can be extended in the case of further prolonged periods of social restrictions). New workshops are listed at least quarterly on our website. Should you change your mind, we would be happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Care
All Pavlov pots are made for daily use. With the exception of earthenware pieces, they can be safely used in microwaves and dishwashers, though care should be taken. Be mindful that putting your pots through rapid and sudden changes in temperature is likely to cause thermal shock damage – for example, avoid moving them straight from the fridge into the microwave or vice versa.
Returns
Return requests would be accepted within 7 days of delivery; although bear in mind that I can only provide a refund for the item cost. Any pots that you no longer wish to keep should be posted back adequately packaged and in their original condition. In the case of items arriving damaged please take photos of the parcel contents and contact me as soon as you can.
Postage
I aim to dispatch all items the next working day from receiving your order. Once the parcel is on its way, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Collection is possible from my studio in Birmingham and can be organised after checkout. For postage cost and delivery times please see the table below:
