Pottery Teacher
We are looking for a pottery teacher to join our team on a long-term basis. Previous teaching experience is desirable but we appreciate that everyone has to start somewhere – a wholesome attitude, good problem-solving skills, willingness to help others, as well as a strong sense of commitment, are more important than an extensive CV.

- Be self-employed and work on a freelance basis at £35 per hour
- Have some flexibility in their working schedule
- Teach regular weekly classes and occasional taster sessions
- Have experience with both wheel-throwing and hand-building
- Be kind, confident, patient, energetic
Additional training will be provided on studio-specific practices and teaching style but you will also be given the freedom to bring your own flair to the process.
If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, get in touch or send an application to chris@pavlovceramics.com including a short statement and examples of your work.
